The 2026 ALDEC National Conference, organized by the Asociación Latinoamericana de Derecho de la Construcción (ALDEC), the Colegio Federado de Ingenieros y Arquitectos, and other organizations, was held on March 18 in San José. This event served as a key forum for Construction Law professionals and the infrastructure industry, where regional experts shared experiences and discussed trends related to FIDIC contracts, Dispute Boards, arbitration, and claims in construction projects. Our partner, Alberto Fernández López, participated as one of the invited experts in a panel addressing key aspects of FIDIC contracts.
