En la legislaci\u00f3n costarricense estas pr\u00e1cticas incluyen acuerdos restrictivos de la competencia y conductas unilaterales de abuso de poder de mercado entre empresas que operan en distintos niveles de la cadena de producci\u00f3n y comercializaci\u00f3n; por ejemplo, un contrato de distribuci\u00f3n exclusiva entre un fabricante y un distribuidor. La nueva gu\u00eda busca orientar sobre c\u00f3mo se valorar\u00e1n el poder sustancial en el mercado y los efectos anticompetitivos para efectos de determinar si una conducta es ilegal o no.
