Estas potestades se fortalecieron recientemente con la aprobaci\u00f3n de la ley # 9736, uno de los requisitos para la adhesi\u00f3n del pa\u00eds a la OCDE. Nuestro socio, Alan Thompson, fue invitado como panelista en un foro sobre este tema organizado por la Sutel el pasado 31 de octubre. Alan particip\u00f3 junto a los presidentes de las autoridades de competencia y el procurador general de la Rep\u00fablica en una discusi\u00f3n sobre las normas que rigen estas inspecciones, la experiencia internacional y los derechos y deberes de las empresas sujetas a inspecci\u00f3n.
