Entre otros, Alan destac\u00f3 3 importantes retos: 1) revisar el rol y desempe\u00f1o de las empresas p\u00fablicas; 2) mejorar y simplificar regulaciones que limitan la competencia e imponen cargas excesivas sobre los negocios, y 3) lograr m\u00e1s efectividad y predictibilidad en la aplicaci\u00f3n de la ley de competencia aprobada recientemente.
