Con esta ley la Comisi\u00f3n para promover la Competencia (COPROCOM) se convertir\u00e1 en un tribunal administrativo a tiempo completo, con m\u00e1s poderes para investigar carteles y otras pr\u00e1cticas monopol\u00edsticas. Adem\u00e1s se introducen nuevos procedimientos y sanciones m\u00e1s fuertes.
