La ley incluye varias reglas y condiciones aplicables a esta emisi\u00f3n de eurobonos, incluyendo reglas que el Ministerio de Hacienda deber\u00e1 seguir respecto a la selecci\u00f3n de los bancos y asesores internacionales.
